My name is Kimberly Beam and I am the sole owner and employee of Beam's Sweet Treats. I grew up always loving to bake with my mother and grandmother (aka Mema) and in March 2011 decided to make a small business out of it. I am currently enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu as a Patisserie and Baking student so there is always new and exciting desserts being added to my menus!
